What is 365Phyta?
365Phyta is a pharma-grade ERP for licensed medical cannabis operators, built natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central by Vanguard 360 Solutions. It covers GACP cultivation, EU-GMP batch records and QP release, narcotics licences and per-shipment permits, and GDP wholesale in one Business Central tenant.
Who is 365Phyta for?
Licensed medical operators supplying regulated markets: GACP cultivators, EU-GMP processors, importers and wholesalers holding narcotics licences, and vertically integrated licensed producers. It is not built for retail, adult-use cannabis or patient data.
Which regulations does 365Phyta support?
It is designed to support GACP, EU-GMP Part I and II with Annexes 7, 11, 15, 16 and 19, 21 CFR Part 11, GDP (2013/C 343/01), ALCOA+ data integrity and GAMP 5, plus national narcotics rules through country adapters, starting with Germany (MedCanG) and Portugal (Decreto-Lei 8/2019).
Is 365Phyta validated?
Under GAMP 5 the regulated company validates a computerised system in its own environment, so no vendor can sell a pre-validated system. 365Phyta provides an IQ/OQ validation pack with a requirements traceability matrix for every site, so your team can complete performance qualification.
Does 365Phyta need Business Central Premium?
No. 365Phyta runs processing and production on its own process-order engine on Business Central Essentials, so no user needs a Premium licence.
How much does 365Phyta cost?
Bundles start at €209 per full user per month all-in, including the Business Central Essentials licence on a 3-year term, or €160 for the modules only. Floor staff on shared devices and read-only auditors pay no 365Phyta user fee. See the pricing page for all bundles.
